You will receive a personalized session plan after the initial assessments. The length of each package will be determined on an individual basis. The exact contents of each package will vary depending on your personal needs and package choices. Here are some common elements.
You will practice yoga poses (Asana), breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques that are suitable for all ages. You will learn how to listen to your body and honor your boundaries. Release tension and stress, thus allowing for a more balanced, harmonious, and joyful life. By using shamanic ethics, values, and principles, this helps you to reconnect with your soul purpose.
You will learn practical techniques for reducing stress and anxiety in your daily life with mindfulness meditation, which is a form of meditation that focuses on the present moment and your sensations, thoughts, and emotions. You will learn how to observe your inner experience without judgment, attachment, or avoidance, and how to cultivate a sense of calm and awareness.
Set and achieve ambitious goals with personalized tailored support and accountability. You will have weekly meetings in trauma-informed practices and I will offer you guidance, support, and feedback. You will explore your trauma history, your coping skills, your goals, and your challenges, and we will work together to create a personalized action plan for your healing journey.
You will receive access to videos, guided meditations, podcasts, articles, and other resources that can help you understand trauma and its effects, as well as the benefits of yoga and meditation. You will receive book/audiobook recommendations to educate yourself on many different topics related to your personal healing journey.
Learn how to make lasting changes in your life with Soul Purpose's proven methods for building healthy habits and routines. You will learn about 21-day Sadhana release, receive journaling prompts to help open your mind for daily journaling, helping to unleash your creativity. As well as how to use these tools in your daily routine.

You will practice guided mindfulness meditation, which is a form of meditation that focuses on the present moment and your sensations, thoughts, and emotions. You will learn how to observe your inner experience without judgment, attachment, or avoidance, and how to cultivate a sense of calm and awareness. You will practice loving-kindness, compassion, and forgiveness through guided meditation techniques. You will also learn how to use meditation to help overcome triggers, flashbacks, and nightmares.

You will practice yoga poses, simple breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques that are suitable for all ages. You will learn how to listen to your body, honor your boundaries, and release tension and stress. We will focus on matching your movement with the flow of your breath. You will learn some stretches to help gain flexibility and work to minimize the collection of any unwanted energies that may be stuck in your physical body. You will learn yoga routines to practice at home, and how to create a schedule to allow yourself to practice yoga regularly on your own.

You will receive access to guided meditations and yoga classes, book/audiobook recommendations to educate yourself on many different topics related to your personal healing journey, and other resources that can help you understand trauma and its effects, as well as the benefits of yoga and meditation for trauma recovery. You will also receive tips and tools to assist in your healing, so you are able to practice at home and can learn how to integrate these practices into your daily life.
You will have access to other resources that can help deepen your understanding of trauma and its effects.
